Accessibility statement

What you can do on this website

• Use the Accessibility menu at the top of every page to switch to colour-blind friendly or high-contrast colours, invert the colours, make the text bigger, use a clearer font, underline links, add spacing, or stop all movement. Your choice is remembered on your device.
• Zoom in up to 400% without text being cut off or needing to scroll sideways.
• Use the whole site with a keyboard alone, with a clear outline showing where you are, and a “Skip to content” link on every page.
• Use a screen reader: pages have proper headings, landmarks and labels, every meaningful photo has a description, and form errors are read out.
• Read comfortably: body text meets the WCAG AA contrast standard, and nothing relies on colour alone to make sense.
• Stop movement: the videos have a pause button and never play if your device asks for reduced motion. They have no sound, so nothing needs captions.

Visiting the showroom

There is free parking directly outside, step-free access throughout, wide aisles and an accessible toilet. If there is anything that would make your visit easier, tell us when you get in touch and we will arrange it — or we can come to you at home instead.

How we checked it

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In September 2026 every page was checked with the axe accessibility testing tool at desktop and phone sizes, tested by keyboard, and checked for contrast, zoom and text spacing. We fix problems as we find them.

What is not yet fully accessible

• The Motability Scheme guides on our Motability page are Motability’s own PDF documents, which may not work well with every screen reader. Accessible versions are available from motability.co.uk (opens in a new tab), and we are happy to talk you through them.
• The map on our Visit Us page is provided by Google and only loads if you allow it. Our address and written directions are always on the page as text.
• Some wide tables in our advice articles scroll sideways on a phone.
