What gets checked
Every service follows the same written test sheet, so nothing depends on somebody remembering. The batteries are tested properly rather than glanced at, because a tired battery is behind most of the calls we get.

A loan scooter while yours is with us
Being without your scooter for a week isn’t a small inconvenience, and we treat it that way. Where we have one free we will lend you a scooter until yours comes back — just ask when you book.

The honest answer to both is that it depends on the machine, so the questions here are answered properly rather than with a number we would have to take back. Ring us with the make and model and we will tell you on the phone.

How quickly can you do it?
We turn work around as quickly as we can, and we will give you a realistic timescale when you call. If we have a loan scooter free, you can borrow one while yours is with us.
Where are you based?
Unit 7, Broadmead Business Park, Broadmead Road, Stewartby, Bedfordshire MK43 9NX. Free parking right outside, and we also offer pickup and return.
