Who can join the Motability Scheme?
Motability says you can join if you receive one of these allowances. You exchange all or part of it to lease a new scooter or powered wheelchair.

They are friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable, if they can't help (which is unusual) then generally they can point you in the right direction.
